Your candle will arrive in a plain shipping box and will not include an invoice.

If you choose to upgrade to the gift box, your candle will arrive in a black gift box with a jar of black matches, and brown crinkle shredded paper. You will also have the option to include a custom gift message that will display inside your gift box upon opening the lid.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every candle is made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged.

We can make exceptions on a case by case basis, especially if your order is significantly delayed. If any changes are requested for your order, please be sure to request these within 4 hours of ordering. Once an order has entered production, changes cannot be made.
